Team effort brings national recognition to School of Pharmacy researcher
When she delivers the annual New Investigator Award lecture in October at The American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) 2016 Annual Meeting in Hollywood, Florida, Ninh (Irene) M. La-Beck, Pharm.D., will be representing many others whose efforts she says helped her achieve such recognition.
TTUHSC School of Pharmacy Ranks High for Pharmacy Programs
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy ranked 16th nationally in the 2016 Top Graduate Schools by SR Education Group. The 2016 Top Graduate Schools were released on GraduatePrograms.com.
Pharmacy Staff Recognized by TTUHSC
Three School of Pharmacy staff members are among a group of 20 TTUHSC individuals and teams who were selected to receive 2016 TTUHSC Distinguished Staff Awards in a June 14 ceremony.
Pharmacy Researchers receive Travel Funds
Two researchers from the School of Pharmacy’s Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences were recently awarded travel scholarships.
Preceptors of the Year Honored for 2015-2016
Each year, the Office of Experiential Programs and the School of Pharmacy’s third- and fourth-year students honor one faculty member and one adjunct faculty member from each campus community with a Preceptor of the Year Award.
School of Pharmacy Leaves Its Mark on TSHP
School of Pharmacy students brought home several top awards from statewide competitions held in conjunction with the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists Annual Seminar April 22-24 in Frisco, Texas.
McMahan, Bibb Lead Class of 2016 Graduation
The TTUHSC School of Pharmacy conducted commencement exercises May 15 at the Amarillo Civic Center Auditorium for the 155 students from the Amarillo, Abilene, Dallas/Fort Worth and Lubbock campuses that comprise the Class of 2016.
